Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum 4 years of supervisory or management experience in hotel culinary or banquet kitchen operations
- strong foundation in banquet production, execution, and high-volume service standards
- proficiency in culinary fundamentals including knife skills and culinary techniques, butchery and Garde Manger, display and presentation for banquets and events
- proven leadership in managing culinary teams under time-sensitive, high-pressure environments
- ability to forecast and control labor to align with event demands and cost targets
- strong working knowledge of food safety regulations including local and federal compliance standards
