Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2-4 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
prior supervisory or leadership experience
must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state laws
ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
open availability for varying shifts
willingness to work on-call part-time basis

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
minimum of 2-4 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
prior supervisory or leadership experience in banquet or event operations
knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and event service processes
certification or training in alcohol management such as TIPS or TEAM
food handler certification may be required based on location

Job Duties

Monitor event setup, service execution, and breakdown to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
provide leadership and guidance to Banquet Captains and Servers during events
ensure compliance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and client specifications
oversee staffing and operational readiness for banquet and catered functions
actively participate in preparation, setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup activities
maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout events
resolve issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction
