Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years relevant culinary experience
  • Post-secondary education in culinary arts a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of a high-volume scratch kitchen
  • Motivate and lead the banquet culinary team
  • Assist in food preparation across various banquet events
  • Supervise line staff ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Maintain inventory and control food costs
  • Implement on-the-spot culinary solutions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
