Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as chef of upscale catered events in high volume restaurants
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Experience in upscale or fine dining scratch kitchens
- High energy and initiative
- Strong sense of urgency
- Passionate about food quality and consistency
- Committed to cleanliness and food safety
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Lead all Banquet Events Kitchen operations and ensure orders are executed to plan
- Maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Support kitchen staff to complete tasks with enthusiasm and on time
- Manage kitchen operations with integrity, honesty, and promote the company culture and values
- Coordinate and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all county and state laws governing food service operations
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
