Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as chef of upscale catered events in high volume restaurants
  • Culinary degree or equivalent
  • Experience in upscale or fine dining scratch kitchens
  • High energy and initiative
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Passionate about food quality and consistency
  • Committed to cleanliness and food safety
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as chef of upscale catered events in high volume restaurants
  • Experience in upscale or fine dining scratch kitchens
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for food and maintaining high food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead all Banquet Events Kitchen operations and ensure orders are executed to plan
  • Maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Support kitchen staff to complete tasks with enthusiasm and on time
  • Manage kitchen operations with integrity, honesty, and promote the company culture and values
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all county and state laws governing food service operations
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment
