Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of culinary or food and beverage experience
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- At least 2 years culinary or food and beverage professional experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Effective communication abilities
- Capacity to handle guest complaints and resolve problems
- Proficiency in scheduling and labor management systems
- Commitment to uphold quality and operational standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage professional area
- OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- 2 years experience in culinary or food and beverage area
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to develop and present new food ideas
- Experience in budgeting and inventory management
- Proven ability to manage and mentor staff
- Customer service orientation
- Familiarity with labor management systems
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen shift operations and ensure compliance with food and beverage policies
- Estimate daily production needs and communicate them to kitchen personnel
- Assist Executive Chef with kitchen operations and food preparation
- Develop, design, and create new food applications and decorative presentations
- Maintain purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards
- Ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation standards, and all applicable laws
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff
- Lead shifts by preparing food items and executing requests
- Utilize interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and motivate team members
- Advocate sound financial and business decision making
- Foster mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints
- Achieve culinary, budget, and team goals
- Utilize labor management systems for scheduling and attendance tracking
- Train employees in safety procedures
- Conduct employee coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisals
- Participate in meetings and provide problem-solving support
- Maintain and operate kitchen equipment
- Check quality of raw and cooked food products
