Job Description
The hotel is seeking a Banquet Set Up/Server to manage the set up and service of food and beverages for guests, maintain the buffet bar, and ensure event spaces are clean and organized for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification preferred
- alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit may be required
- meet local legal age for serving alcohol
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 30-50 pounds frequently
- stand for long hours
- clear communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations
- strong problem-solving and customer service skills
