Job Duties

  • Set up banquet and meeting spaces according to event specifications
  • break down and reset spaces as needed
  • arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies accurately and safely
  • ensure cleanliness of banquet rooms
  • report to the Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain
  • assist with event equipment handling
  • maintain safety standards during set-up and tear-down
