Job Duties
- arrive on time and event-ready to support setup, service flow, and overall event execution
- assist bartenders with bar preparation, including stocking supplies, ice, glassware, and equipment
- support bar operations during events to ensure efficient, uninterrupted service
- organize, return, and maintain service equipment and supplies throughout and after events
- maintain buffet stations by replenishing food, monitoring presentation, and ensuring consistent quality
- support banquet servers with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting service areas
- respond promptly to spills or broken items, maintaining a safe and polished event environment
