We are currently seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Hospitality Staff. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and are eager to work in a fast-paced event setting. This temporary, part-time position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to the flawless execution of various events from breakfasts, lunches, to dinners. Hospitality Staff members will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of service that our event center is known for.

As a Hospitality Staff member, you will be responsible for various duties such as setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. You will also engage directly with guests, assisting them with their requests to promote a positive and memorable experience. The role demands someone who can work efficiently under pressure, communicate effectively with both guests and team members, and uphold the welcoming atmosphere that defines our venue.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential as event timings vary throughout the week. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, alongside previous experience in hospitality or customer service, though enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued.

This position offers hourly compensation ranging from $12 to $13 per hour and requires adherence to a dress code that includes wearing all black attire, specifically a black button-down shirt and black shoes.
