Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
minimum of one year experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred
must be at least eighteen years of age
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand for long periods
capacity to lift, push, pull or carry up to 30 pounds
punctual with consistent attendance
ability to respond to simple complaints or inquiries
knowledge of basic arithmetic
ability to read with oral and written communications skills in English
positive, customer-focused attitude
ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with body, arms, or legs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and with attention to detail
set up and break down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens
monitor guest needs throughout the event and address any issues or special requests promptly
collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth and efficient service
adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
assist with other duties as needed to ensure the success of the event
ability to read and understand banquet event orders
