Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in banquet or bartending roles preferred
- strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- must comply with all health safety and alcohol service regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining upscale banquets or private club environments preferred
- strong knowledge of food wine and cocktail service standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- bartending experience and relevant certifications are a plus
Job Duties
- Provide attentive high-level food and beverage service during banquets receptions and private events
- set up and break down event spaces according to club standards tables linens glassware etc
- serve multi-course meals with precision timing and professionalism
- prepare and serve premium cocktails wine and beverages with strong knowledge of mixology and presentation
- maintain a clean organized and elegant service environment at all times
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a courteous and polished demeanor
- collaborate with event managers culinary staff and fellow team members to ensure seamless service
- adhere to all health safety and alcohol service regulations
