We are currently seeking polished, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Banquet Servers and Bartenders. This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in upscale settings and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences during special events. As a Banquet Server and Bartender, you will be instrumental in providing attentive and high-level food and beverage service throughout banquets, receptions, and private events. This includes setting up and breaking down event spaces according to club standards, serving multi-course meals with precision and professionalism, and preparing and serving premium cocktails, wine, and beverages with expert knowledge of mixology and presentation.

In this role, maintaining a clean, organized, and elegant service environment is essential, as is anticipating guest needs and responding promptly with a courteous and polished demeanor. You will collaborate closely with event managers, culinary staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service and uphold the club's reputation for excellence. Adherence to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations is mandatory, reflecting our commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for both our guests and staff. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in banquet or bartending roles preferred
strong knowledge of food and beverage service
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
professional appearance and demeanor
ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
must comply with all health safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in fine dining upscale banquets or private club environments preferred
strong knowledge of food wine and cocktail service standards
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
professional appearance and demeanor
ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
bartending experience and relevant certifications are a plus

Job Duties

Provide attentive high-level food and beverage service during banquets receptions and private events
set up and break down event spaces according to club standards tables linens glassware etc
serve multi-course meals with precision timing and professionalism
prepare and serve premium cocktails wine and beverages with strong knowledge of mixology and presentation
maintain a clean organized and elegant service environment at all times
anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a courteous and polished demeanor
collaborate with event managers culinary staff and fellow team members to ensure seamless service
adhere to all health safety and alcohol service regulations
