Job Requirements

must have previous experience in food and beverage service
must be available to work part-time hours including weekends
must have a courteous and professional demeanor
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
must be able to lift and carry trays
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

experience working in food and beverage
positive attitude and good work ethic
ability to interact professionally with guests and vendors
knowledge of food and wine is a plus
strong customer service skills
ability to work weekends
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

assisting guests throughout the event
passing and communicating ingredients in each dish
passing trays of wine and/or cocktails and hors d'oeuvres
running food and monitoring stations during events
clearing plates, silverware, and glassware throughout the event
assisting with set up and breakdown day-of and general cleanup
must be available to work weekends
