Job Duties
- Serves food and beverages to guests in private event functions
- sets up private event functions including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and putting out table centerpieces
- communicate any issues from guests to Banquet Manager
- keep inventory of all equipment in order and stored in their appropriate areas
- provide all guests with a 5-star experience from start to finish
- perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or as directed by supervisor
- understands and can communicate products and services available to guests
- pre-buss tables as needed
- ensure function rooms are properly cleaned and always show-ready
