Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one year of banquet, restaurant, or catering experience preferred
  • effective and clear communication skills
  • professional and friendly hospitality skills
  • knowledge of safe food handling procedures
  • knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages
  • certified in TIPS
  • ability to multitask and organize under pressure

Job Duties

  • Attend scheduled shifts punctually
  • adhere to all division and local standard policies and procedures
  • perform guest contact activities cordially, efficiently, and professionally
  • maintain cooperative, team-like attitude with supervisors and associates
  • set tables correctly and uniformly following BEO guidelines
  • assist in buffet and special food service setup and breakdown
  • follow all procedures regarding food and beverage service, including TIPS certification compliance
