Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in upscale hospitality or related service environments preferred
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish preferred
- Must hold a current Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekday lunches and weekend evenings
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining, luxury events, banquets, or upscale hospitality preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Professional presentation with a calm, service-forward approach
- Solid understanding of service timing, guest etiquette, and team coordination
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Current Food Handler's Certificate required
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and deliver attentive table-side service
- Take food and beverage orders with confidence and menu knowledge
- Transport plated meals from kitchen to table efficiently and accurately
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining an immaculate dining space
- Complete opening and closing duties such as station setup and silverware polishing
- Move throughout event spaces offering hors d'oeuvres and beverages
- Assist with light setup, breakdown, and removal of used serviceware
