The opportunity at Patina 250 is for part-time Banquet Servers dedicated to providing outstanding guest service in a banquet setting. This health-focused role involves serving food and beverages, efficiently managing guest needs, and contributing to the smooth execution of banquet events. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Set up tables following the banquet event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly
- Replenish buffet line food as needed
- Monitor guest needs
- Ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled
- Handle any guest complaints
- Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
- Break down the event according to company procedures
