This job opening is for a part-time role in the Sales and Catering Department at The Guest House at Graceland. The position offers variable and flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and possible overtime, making it adaptable for diverse schedules. Individuals joining this role will serve as a vital part of the Banquet Department, covering over 80,000 square feet of event and meeting space at The Guest House at Graceland and Elvis Presley Memphis. Successful candidates will become the welcoming and professional face representing the hotel, greeting guests warmly, assisting with seating arrangements, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience. Primary responsibilities include serving meals and beverages attentively with a strong awareness of timing and guest cues, guaranteeing that food service exceeds expectations across various event settings. This role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, reflecting the high standards upheld by Elvis Presley Enterprises.
