Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months previous server experience
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcohol
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, and special events
  • Maintain neat and clean appearance
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests
  • Provide quick and attentive service
  • Knowledge of banquet service and menu items

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED strongly preferred
  • Minimum one year work experience in events, banquets or restaurants preferred
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, and special events as needed
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be energetic with a positive attitude

  • Be a quick learner

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down banquet room as instructed by Banquets Manager including linen, service ware and glassware
  • Attend pre-shift meetings to learn function details, guest counts, menu, VIPs and expectations
  • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Set and clear tables of china, glass and silverware
  • Maintain neat and clean appearance
  • Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
  • Maintain clean service areas at all times
