We are currently seeking a Banquet Server to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who excel at multitasking in a lively setting and who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The Banquet Server is responsible for providing ultimate hospitality to guests by preparing and serving beverages and meals, setting up and breaking down banquet areas, and ensuring tables are impeccably arranged according to specified standards. Compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $15.00 to $15.75 per hour, with the added benefit of earning tips. In this position, the successful candidate will be a key representative of the venue, capable of managing guest interactions with a positive and professional demeanor, responding quickly and efficiently to requests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event space. From setting up buffet stations to handling customer inquiries and communicating special orders to the event management team, the Banquet Server plays an essential role in the overall success of each event.
