The company's culture is deeply rooted in valuing diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity, recognizing that a wide range of perspectives fosters creativity and service excellence. They emphasize building an environment where employees from all backgrounds can thrive, contribute, and feel valued.
The Banquet Server position at Oak View Group plays a vital role within this dynamic environment. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and courteous service that aligns with event specifications and OVG’s high standards of hospitality.
Banquet Servers are entrusted with the setup and maintenance of banquet spaces, ensuring that all tables, food, and beverage stations are impeccably prepared and organized. They work in close collaboration with kitchen and event teams to facilitate the smooth and timely delivery of courses, adapting quickly to guests' needs or changes during the event. Their attention to detail extends beyond service delivery to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the space for subsequent events. This comprehensive involvement helps uphold the impeccable quality and ambiance expected in premium live entertainment settings.
This part-time or hourly role offers an hourly wage of $12.24 plus tips (as defined by the collective bargaining agreement). It is an evergreen position, meaning applications are accepted continuously with no set deadline, allowing motivated candidates to apply at any time.
