Job Requirements

prior experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent customer service skills
physical stamina and dexterity including standing for long periods and carrying heavy trays
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to maneuver in a tightly-quartered environment
must be able to work safely under variable conditions

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a banquet server waiter waitress or similar role in food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred
strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to stay composed and efficient during busy events
excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a welcoming and accommodating experience for guests
ability to stand for extended periods carry heavy trays and move quickly while maintaining precision and attention to detail
able to work effectively and safely in conditions including wet floors temperature extremes and excessive noise

Job Duties

prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications including setting up tables chairs linens and service stations
provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests during events including serving courses refilling beverages and addressing guest needs promptly
break down and clean event spaces after services including clearing tables storing equipment and resetting the room for the next event while adhering to company cleanliness standards
