Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a banquet server waiter/waitress or in a similar role in food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
strong communication skills
ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

experience in food service or hospitality
ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and time management skills
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods carry heavy trays and move quickly while maintaining precision and attention to detail
ability to work effectively and safely in conditions including wet floors temperature extremes excessive noise and maneuvering in tightly-quartered environments

Job Duties

prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications including setting up tables chairs linens and service stations while ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards
provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests during events including serving courses refilling beverages and promptly addressing guest needs
break down and clean event spaces after services including clearing tables storing equipment and resetting the room for the next event while adhering to company cleanliness standards
