High School diploma or equivalent preferred
wait staff experience required
ability to communicate in English both written and oral
ability to follow directions
excellent customer service skills
ability to work individually and as a team
able to lift 25lbs constantly
able to walk or stand for long periods

Job Duties

Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
deliver and serve food and beverages including meals, condiments and accompaniments
ensure menu knowledge
remove china, glassware, silverware from tables at conclusion of meal period and deliver to stewarding area
ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
assist with side work including cleaning, stocking and folding silverware
