Excellent communication skills will be needed to liaise effectively among guests, kitchen staff, and setup teams to accommodate any last-minute changes or special requests. - Review Banquet Event Orders for menu details room setup food beverage and audio visual needs
- Assist the set up staff in table set up buffet set up bar set up etc
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving
- Prepare and serve beverages for the function
- Provide prompt and professional service to all guests
- Communicate with kitchen keeping update on any changes
