Job Requirements

Previous server experience preferably in hotels or banquet settings
Strong work ethic and service orientation
Ability to memorize and recite menu items
Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware
Proficient in English communication
Basic mathematical ability
Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and reach for extended periods
ServSafe certification
Valid driver’s license
Flexible work schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Three to five years experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, lounge, special events, or barista service
Ability to work independently and follow responsibility guidelines
Capable of setting up, breaking down, and leading small teams
Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

Ensuring banquet room setup as directed by banquet management
Attending roll call meetings before events to understand function details
Serving food and beverages promptly, maintaining product quality
Clearing dishes discreetly and efficiently after each course
Checking with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction
Resetting banquet rooms for subsequent functions
Performing side work such as restocking supplies and cleaning up
