Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and perform fast paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to bend, kneel and maintain good balance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to focus and complete tasks despite interruptions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and set dining room and service areas according to BEO and department standards
- Greet guests and answer questions regarding food items, beverages and service
- Ensure all course and beverages are served promptly including plated, buffet style or family style events
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Present, open and pour wine
- Assist with break down of salad dishes, glassware and linen
- Follow all policy and procedures according to company and department
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas throughout shift
- Perform closing duties according to department standards
- Maintain professionalism with guests and co-workers
- Work quickly and under minimum supervision
- Lift, carry, pull and push a maximum of 30 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
