Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Food service or fast food experience
  • Ability to acquire Food Handler's Certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, type and use various forms of technology
  • Capability to stand and move around for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Set-up, service and clean conference rooms with a high level of detail
  • Respond to all requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Be creative and flexible with meeting special requests
  • Note changes or additions to banquet event orders and report them to the Event Manager
  • Assist with ordering and inventory for the meetings department
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas including securing A/V equipment
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment and handle last-minute client needs with ease
  • Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
