We are currently seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our dynamic team. This role is hourly with a competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour and offers numerous benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401K plans, along with paid time off and holiday pay. In this position, you will be responsible for enriching the banquet experience by engaging guests, delivering unparalleled service, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly. The Banquet Server plays a crucial role in setting up tables with chinaware, glass, silver, and linens; serving food and beverages; and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the banquet area. You will also be tasked with promptly addressing guest requests or escalating issues to supervisors to guarantee guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in banquets or restaurants, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
