Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a server in a similar, high-volume environment is preferred
- Availability for day shift, but must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

Job Duties
- Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service
- Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables
- Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements
- Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the Banquet Management Team
- Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptly
