Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to stand and carry items for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Proficiency in coffee machine operation preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banquet or food service preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency in operating coffee machines and preparing different coffee beverages valued

Job Duties

  • Work in a team environment to provide a level of hospitality and service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Assist with banquet event setup and breakdown based on event requirements
  • Prepare work area prior to guest arrival including rolling silverware plating table and stocking service beverage stations with coffee water ice napkins straws and garnishes as needed
  • Keep tables tidy by clearing plates glassware and other items ensure the front-of-house service area remains neat and organized
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Keep back of the house area clean and organized
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients in a prompt and accurate manner following all safety guidelines with special consideration to guest requests
