Candidates must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods, often up to 8-10 hours or more, working in fast-paced, noisy environments, and handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting. Previous experience in serving, excellent communication skills, and hospitality-focused attitudes are essential for success in this role. Additionally, certifications such as ServeSafe and TIPS are advantageous but not mandatory.
