Within this exceptional property, Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server to join their team. The role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up banquet rooms for functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and arranging table centerpieces. Service duties include picking up food from the back hall, carrying trays to banquet locations, serving, and clearing food from tables. The role also involves breaking down banquet rooms by bussing tables, putting away linens and centerpieces, vacuuming, cleaning back halls, and organizing storerooms.

Additional responsibilities include preparing condiments, brewing coffee, stocking workstations, serving food and beverages to guests, and ensuring overall cleanliness and sanitation of service areas. The Banquet Server must provide warm and sincere welcomes and farewells, handle special guest requests with care, offer general property information, and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Monitoring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing guest concerns are critical aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits and experience working in high-end venues with synchronized service. They must thrive in fast-paced environments, work efficiently under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.
