This re-imagined hotel in Bend, Oregon, offers guests modern sophistication paired with world-class amenities amidst breathtaking natural beauty. Within this exceptional property, Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server to join their team. The role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up banquet rooms for functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and arranging table centerpieces. Service duties include picking up food from the back hall, carrying trays to banquet locations, serving, and clearing food from tables. The role also involves breaking down banquet rooms by bussing tables, putting away linens and centerpieces, vacuuming, cleaning back halls, and organizing storerooms.
Additional responsibilities include preparing condiments, brewing coffee, stocking workstations, serving food and beverages to guests, and ensuring overall cleanliness and sanitation of service areas. The Banquet Server must provide warm and sincere welcomes and farewells, handle special guest requests with care, offer general property information, and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Monitoring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing guest concerns are critical aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits and experience working in high-end venues with synchronized service. They must thrive in fast-paced environments, work efficiently under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.

Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of food service experience preferably banquet service
- Experience in 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and placing centerpieces
- Pick up food from back hall, carry trays to function locations, serve food and clear tables
- Buss tables, put away dirty linens and centerpieces, vacuum banquet rooms after functions
- Clean and sanitize back halls and organize storerooms
- Set up AM and PM break stations with coffee, tea, snacks and beverages
- Assist with event room setup according to meal period and table needs
- Prepare condiments, brew coffee and stock workstations
- Serve food and beverages, remove dishes and clean tables and counters
- Provide warm and sincere welcomes and farewells to guests
- Address guest requests, dietary issues and provide general property information
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any guest concerns
- Maintain safety awareness regarding hazards and suspicious activities
- Provide assistance to other event and restaurant staff as needed
