The role of Banquet Server at Aramark is integral to the success of catering orders and events, requiring coordination and collaboration with the event operations team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking
  • Compliance with uniform policies and use of personal protective equipment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Completion of all mandatory training for food handling and alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Set up catering and event services according to customer and banquet event directives

  • Refill food and beverages during events as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of food service areas to ensure hygienic conditions
  • Clear food and beverage deliveries and breakdown event locations after events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all event guests
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
