Job Description

The Bartolotta Restaurants is a prestigious and nationally recognized restaurant and catering organization, co-founded by esteemed restaurateur Joe Bartolotta and his brother, two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Paul Bartolotta. Since its inception in 1993, the company has grown significantly, boasting a portfolio of 18 unique restaurants and catering facilities that serve the Greater Milwaukee region. Renowned for offering first-class cuisine and exceptional service, The Bartolotta Restaurants has established itself as the premier culinary brand in the area. A family-run business, the company prides itself on fostering a close-knit team environment where every member is considered part of the Bartolotta family. This dedication to community and teamwork is further exemplified through their charitable initiative, Care-a-lotta, which supports numerous nonprofit organizations within Milwaukee, underscoring their commitment to giving back.

The role of Banquet Server at The Bartolotta Restaurants is essential to delivering memorable and flawless event experiences. This position requires an individual passionate about hospitality and food service, someone who thrives in dynamic event settings ranging from intimate celebrations to large trade shows. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for the setup and breakdown of banquet events, serving food and beverages with professionalism, and ensuring that guests' needs are met with a hospitable approach. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to excellence and making each event a success through attentive service and proactive communication.

Working with Bartolotta means joining a company that values the "hospitality heart"—commitment to excellence, passion for taking care of clients, and a positive, can-do attitude. You will be supported with comprehensive benefits and have access to world-class mentors who provide ongoing training and development designed to enhance your skills and career growth. The schedule is flexible but requires availability during weekends, late evenings, and holidays, reflecting the nature of event catering. The role demands physical stamina, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. If you are passionate about great food, one-of-a-kind events, and creating experiences that delight guests, then this opportunity to join The Bartolotta Restaurants team could be the perfect fit.
