Job Requirements

  • Strong communication multitasking and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-volume environments
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
  • Ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 10 plus pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver attentive high-quality dining service during banquets and special events
  • Set up dining areas roll silverware and prepare food and beverage stations
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and in sync with event timelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership throughout events
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Handle guest checks cash and tip reporting accurately
  • Uphold all food safety sanitation and company service standards
  • Maintain a polished professional appearance at all times
