- Strong communication multitasking and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-volume environments
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- Ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 10 plus pounds
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver attentive high-quality dining service during banquets and special events
- Set up dining areas roll silverware and prepare food and beverage stations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in sync with event timelines
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership throughout events
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Handle guest checks cash and tip reporting accurately
- Uphold all food safety sanitation and company service standards
- Maintain a polished professional appearance at all times
