As a Banquet Server at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in shaping memorable moments for guests attending various special events such as receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions. This role is essential in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and creates a lasting positive impression through excellent service delivery. As a Banquet Server, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional guest service, greeting and accommodating guest needs, and effectively communicating about menu options. You will assist in delivering food and beverages from staging areas to guests and collaborate with fellow servers, especially during peak times, to fulfill all guest requests promptly. Training will be provided to master buffet, plated, and reception-style meal service techniques adhering to the standards set by Concord Hospitality.

The position demands strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction with food quality and service. Your duties will also cover event setup, execution, and cleanup, alongside performing necessary side work to prepare for upcoming events.   • Provide exceptional guest service to all customers

  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions
  • Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
  • Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests
  • Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • Set up, execute, and clean up events
  • Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
