Job Duties
- Prepare coffee breaks and stock service carts and stations
- Organize tables, action stations, buffets, and service carts
- Communicate special requests or additional food requirements to the kitchen
- Ensure timely clearing of dishes and crumbs
- Control the presentation of tableware for guest accessibility
- Oversee cleanliness and proper disinfection of tables, stations, and service areas
