Banquet Servers are expected to understand and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and take direction from the Banquet Captain or Manager. Throughout each event, Banquet Servers maintain clear communication with management to address any changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions, ensuring a positive and personalized guest experience. Beyond event service, servers complete assigned side-work and assist in cleanup processes, including washing dishes, cleaning floors, and storing equipment appropriately. Job Duties

  • Read, interpret and follow banquet event orders and instructions from banquet captain or manager
  • Participate in event setup including moving and setting tables and chairs, buffet setup, and side stations
  • Prepare table settings, condiments, beverages for the function as dictated
  • Communicate with banquet captain or manager regarding changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Interact in courteous and professional manner with all function guests to ensure exceptional dining experience
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Ensure all assigned side-work and pre-work for future events is completed before leaving
  • Participate in cleanup after functions including cleaning floors, dishes, equipment, and supplies properly
