Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- Maintain valid alcohol-service certification such as TIPS or TEAM
- Obtain food handler certification if required by state or local regulations
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including days and hours
- Availability for part-time employment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to provide attentive and professional guest service
- Certification in TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service training
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage services during catered events
- Support various service styles including buffets, plated meals, and passed service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service stations
- Clear tables and reset place settings
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Lift and move items up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with reliability
