Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
- Must maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and comply with state-specific alcohol training requirements
- Food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage services to guests at catered events
- Support various service styles including casual buffets, formal plated meals, and passed service
- Participate in event setup, service execution, and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas
- Clear tables and reset place settings to uphold presentation standards
- Lift and move items frequently up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Arrive on time and attend scheduled shifts consistently
- Perform other duties assigned based on client and business needs
