Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
Must maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and comply with state-specific alcohol training requirements
Food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations

Job Duties

Provide food and beverage services to guests during catered events
Support various service styles including buffets, plated meals, and passed service
Participate in event setup, service execution, and breakdown
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas during events
Clear tables, reset place settings, and assist with maintaining presentation standards
Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
