We are currently seeking motivated, flexible, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Banquet Staff. The Part-Time Banquet Staff plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of banquets and receptions by providing high-quality catering services and exceptional customer care. Our banquet staff support various aspects of event preparation and service including setting up rooms, arranging table settings, assisting with garnishes and beverages, and ensuring cleanliness and order throughout events.

Part-Time Banquet Staff members work closely under the guidance of the Catering Manager and Banquet Captain, following detailed instructions specific to each event. Responsibilities include attending pre-function meetings to receive event briefings, maintaining proper uniform and grooming standards at all times, and providing courteous and efficient service to guests. Additionally, the role requires assisting with the set-up and break-down of banquet equipment such as flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces, as well as adhering to strict inventory control and alcohol management policies.

The position demands a high level of physical stamina since it involves standing, walking, lifting, and carrying equipment for extended periods. A key component of the job is the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
