Job Requirements

Must have clean and wrinkle-free uniform with name tag and appropriate undergarment
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
Ability to read and understand BEOs
Knowledge of banquet setup equipment and procedures
Ability to work safely to prevent accidents
Capacity to stand, bend, and move frequently throughout the day
Moderate hearing, vision, and speech communication abilities
Ability to perform lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of heavy items
Strong commitment to guest service
Ability to complete paperwork accurately
Effective communication skills with guests and staff
Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in high volume restaurant or banquet services
Familiarity with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt service standards preferred
Ability to understand and follow Catering and Food Service protocols
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend BEOs
Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and carry banquet-related equipment and supplies
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Demonstrated problem-solving and teamwork skills
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
