The position available is for a Banquet Server, an essential role within the food and beverage team at DCU Center. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year work experience in food and beverage environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Report for work in proper uniform according to the scheduled time
- Follow instructions for each event as given by the Banquet Manager and/or Banquet Supervisor
- Assist with collecting all banquet equipment including flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces
- Assist with preparing garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads
- Assist with cleaning and filling salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, and creamers
- Assist with preparation and setup of event room when necessary
- Prepare tables and place settings as instructed by the Banquet Manager and/or Banquet Captain
