Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and special event days
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Availability for 30-40 hours per week based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Food and beverage experience preferred, not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods during events
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
- Pleasant and helpful personality
Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms including dropping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing table centerpieces
- Serve food and beverages to guests, including picking up food from back hall and carrying trays to function location
- Bus tables, clear food and beverages, and tear down banquet rooms post-event
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and seating areas after guests finish
- Perform food and beverage preparation duties such as preparing condiments, brewing coffee, and ensuring workstations are stocked
- Organize storerooms and maintain cleanliness of back hall and banquet areas
- Provide general property information and offer warm, sincere welcome and farewell to all guests
