Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
- meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
- maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and comply with state-specific alcohol training requirements
- food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage services to guests attending catered events
- support various service styles including buffets, plated meals, and passed service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas during events
- clear tables and reset place settings
- assist with maintaining presentation standards
- frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other assigned duties depending on business necessities and client requirements
