Job Requirements
- Some high school education or equivalent
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to bend, stretch, and twist
- Able to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Read, interpret and follow banquet event orders and instructions from banquet captain or manager
- Participate in event setup including moving and setting tables and chairs, buffet setup, side stations
- Prepare table settings, condiments, beverages for functions
- Communicate with banquet captain or manager during functions regarding changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions
- Interact courteously and professionally with all guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Complete all assigned side-work and pre-work for future events before leaving
- Participate in cleanup after events, ensuring floors, dishes, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned and stored
