We are currently seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for assisting in the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area, ensuring that all food and beverage orders are relayed accurately, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitary practices throughout the event. Your role will be crucial in anticipating guests' needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a professional appearance and demeanor as you will be representing the company at important events. Your ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members is essential, especially when relaying important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate personnel. Responding urgently and appropriately to any concerns or issues during events will also be an important part of your responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a food handlers permit and an active TABC certification. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage is preferred but not mandatory. We seek individuals who are willing to work collaboratively as a team, maintain a positive attitude, and adhere strictly to the client dress code while presenting themselves professionally. Training specific to banquet serving will be provided through the completion of All Temps Banquet Server Training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the company’s high service standards.
