minimum one year experience as a server
ability to maintain professional appearance
flexibility to work varying schedules including nights and weekends
good physical health to handle time on feet and moving equipment
commitment to regular attendance
ability to attend scheduled training and meetings

Job Duties

Serve food and beverage items
clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas
retrieve all reusable food items and place them as provided
ensure service corridor safety by transporting all equipment properly
handle all equipment and linens responsibly
attend immediately to spills and breakage
gather necessary equipment to service functions and maintain a clear service corridor
