Job Requirements
- Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have valid work authorization and SSN card
- Must speak English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- Fine dining or high-end event experience in the role applied for
- Must pass a written test relevant to the role
- Availability for 20 to 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work on the road
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of catering or restaurant experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or luxury event service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
- English proficiency
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests at high-end events
- Set up banquet areas and prepare tables according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness during and after events
- Collaborate effectively with team members and event staff
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations
- Pass the written test relevant to the assigned role
